How does Smart Wrestler run a program's hosted tournaments?

A host creates a tournament in eight steps: agreement, event details, format (style, individual or team, divisions, bracket structure, mats), weigh in rules, weight classes, registration settings, entry fee and refund policy, then publish. Registration opens online with consent forms and capacity control. On the morning, staff run weigh ins and check in from their own logins, brackets generate per weight class with auto seeding, mats run a dynamic queue, and every match is scored live with an audit trail. Awards and team standings appear as soon as brackets finish.

Program hosting fees are published: $100 for up to 150 wrestlers, $150 to 300, $225 to 500, $325 to 800, based on the capacity you reserve. If you charge no entry fee, there is no hosting fee at all.

What does a program pay?

• Coach, parent, and wrestler accounts are free, including brackets, results, and standard notifications.
• Coach Upgrade is $150 per year and Coach Ultimate is $220 per year; a single tournament coach pass is $20 or $35.
• Families who want their own premium alerts and analytics pay $30 to $65 per year, or from $4 for one event.
• Hosting a paid tournament costs one capacity based fee from $100. Free entry tournaments have no hosting fee.
• Registration platform fee of $2.50 to $3 per wrestler is added to the parent's total at checkout, never taken from your entry fee.
