How do I request a tournament host account?
Create a free Smart Wrestler account, then send a message with the subject Admin Account Request. Include your club or school, typical event size, and target date. We enable hosting on that account.
How fast do you reply?
We reply within 1–2 business days during Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST. Tournament-weekend scoring issues should include the tournament name and a screenshot.

Do you take sales calls for pricing?
Published pricing is on the pricing page. Contact us if you are planning a large event, a series, or a sponsorship code. There is no required sales call to host a standard tournament.
