The hosting fee is one payment based on the capacity you reserve: $100 up to 150 wrestlers, $150 to 300, $225 to 500. A free entry tournament has no hosting fee. Team dual events are priced by team count from $50.
How does the club follow wrestlers at other tournaments?
Coaches associate wrestlers to a team dashboard and see every bracket, mat assignment, and result for any Smart Wrestler event the club attends. With Coach Upgrade, the whole team gets in the hole, on deck, and up to wrestle alerts, so the coach is at the right mat at the right time instead of running between bout boards.

Do we need special hardware at the mats?
