What statistics does Smart Wrestler track?

• Takedown efficiency: takedowns scored per neutral start, the cleanest measure of offense on the feet.
• Escape rate: escapes per bottom position opportunity, how reliably a wrestler gets out.
• Near fall rate: near fall points per top position start, how dangerous a wrestler is on top.
• Reversal rate: reversals per bottom start, how often bottom becomes offense.
• Score audit trail: every scored action in order, with the period and clock, for every match.
• Record and tournament history: wins, losses, placements, and point differential across every event on the platform.

How are the stats recorded without anyone recording them?

A Smart Wrestler tournament is scored live at the table: the worker taps takedown, escape, reversal, near fall, or penalty as it happens, and the bracket advances from that record. Every tap is written to an audit trail. Wrestler Tendencies reads those audit trails and computes positional rates for both wrestlers in every match. Nobody films, nobody codes afterward, and nothing is missed because the scoring is the officiating record of the match itself.

How does this compare to MatBoss or a stats app?

MatBoss syncs statistics to video and is excellent for film review, at the cost of a person recording every match. Stands scoring apps like MatTracker let a parent keep score from the bleachers for one wrestler. Smart Wrestler's approach is structural: the stats exist because the tournament ran on the platform, for your wrestlers and their opponents alike. It does not produce video.

Who can see the statistics?

• Wrestler Upgrade ($30 per year or $4 per event): your own audit trails and tendencies.
• Parent Upgrade ($40 per year or $6 per event): audit trails and tendencies for linked wrestlers, plus a family analytics dashboard.
• Coach Upgrade ($150 per year or $20 per event): audit trails and tendencies for linked team wrestlers.
• Ultimate tiers ($50 wrestler, $65 parent, $220 coach per year): tendencies, history, and audit trails on every wrestler profile on the platform, for scouting.

Can I scout an opponent with it?

On an Ultimate tier, yes. Every wrestler profile shows tendencies built from every match scored on the platform, so a coach can see before the whistle that an opponent escapes on almost every bottom start but rarely scores from top. That is the difference between data your program recorded and data the whole platform recorded.
