4. Youth Data and Parental Rights

Smart Wrestler complies with COPPA and applicable child data protection laws. Parents or guardians may request deletion of a youth wrestler profile post-event.

1. Eligibility

Hosts agree to follow local laws, youth protection standards, and sports governance policies.

2. Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for accurate information, proper role assignment, and responsible platform use. Smart Wrestler is not liable for errors caused by manual overrides.

3. System Uptime and Support Response

• Critical issues are acknowledged within 15 minutes during scheduled events.
• Resolution or a workaround is initiated within 1 hour.
• Hosts receive direct contact details for live event support.

Smart Wrestler is not liable for disruption caused by internet outages, third-party systems, or misconfigured host devices.

4. Data Handling

Hosts may not export, sell, or redistribute Smart Wrestler data without written permission.

5. Modifications

Terms may be updated from time to time. Tournament hosts will be notified of material changes.
