## How can you record a realistic venue network test?

Test the actual event workflow from the intended device positions, with venue permission. A single speed reading near the router does not establish that registration and every mat will work. Record the conditions, result and fallback for each critical location, and repeat a failed scenario after changing the network or device arrangement.

| Planning field | Prompt or example to adapt | Your entry |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Location and device | Record mat or desk, device model, browser, network name and test time without publishing credentials. | __________ |
| Access conditions | Check approved login, captive portal, session expiry and any venue restrictions on connected devices. | __________ |
| Workflow result | Perform the approved test action and confirm the resulting record on a second authorized view. | __________ |
| Load and reach | State how many devices were active and where coverage weakened; do not extrapolate beyond tested conditions. | __________ |
| Backup and trigger | Identify approved alternate connectivity, who can switch it and the condition that starts the outage procedure. | __________ |

## Venue connectivity test worksheet

| Workflow | Test at venue | Record |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Check-in | Open an authorized event and complete an approved rehearsal | Device, location and result |
| Scoring | Run the documented test workflow on each planned mat device | Connection stability and recovery |
| Streaming | Test the planned feed with the network owner | Measured use and permission |
| Backup | Switch through the approved recovery procedure | Owner and confirmed limitations |
